Why We Started the Business

LiveWell Property Management was built out of frustration, but also conviction. As investors ourselves, we understood what it felt like to hand over a property and lose visibility, communication, and control.

We believed there had to be a better way.

So we created a company that treats every property like it truly matters, because it does. Not just as an asset, but as part of someone’s long term plan and financial future.
